Our Collocation Process
Once you’ve settled on a location, our collocation process is simple and straightforward.
Application
Customer submits application. ARX triages the application to ensure the mounting height and ground space requested is readily available. Our goal is to turn around your approval within 24 hours of receiving your application.

Due Diligence
ARX will electronically deliver a due diligence package that will include: a Site Data Sheet, Title Commitment/Title Policy NEPA Checklist, a Boundary Survey and 1A, the FAA Determination of No Hazard, the FCC854 (if applicable), the Tower Design Drawings, the Current Compound Drawing, the Current Elevation Drawing, and the Memorandum of Lease.
Every point along the way, ARX Back Office Team works tirelessly to ensure approval of all carrier due diligence items and design drawings are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
Leasing
ARX prepares the lease package and forwards it to the carrier for final approval and execution. Upon receipt of the partially executed agreements, ARX will countersign the agreement and immediately return it to the carrier to keep the project on track.
Pre-construction
In preparation for issue of the Notice to Proceed, the customer submits construction drawings, permits, GC information, insurance documentation and any other site-specific documentation for final review and approval. ARX will issue the Notice to Proceed within 24 hours of receiving and approving all Notice to Proceed checklist items.
Construction management
While the customer and its representatives are on site, ARX will remain available to the construction team. This ensures that any unforeseen issues will be addressed during the construction process to avoid any delays.
Closeout
Once construction is complete, the customer forwards its closeout package to ARX for review. ARX conducts a post-collocation inspection and closes out the application once identified needs are addressed and cleared.
